Manufacturing - Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead the warehouse staff to improve productivity and efficiency.
2. Supervise the receiving, kitting, and shipment according to the production plan by the planning department efficiently.
3. Implement and manage inventory control to ensure discrepancies are minimized and stock levels are optimized.
4. Ensure the SAP system and physical stocks are well maintained.
5. Ensure safety, 5S, and efficient store arrangement together with the team.
6. Coordinate store equipment maintenance with the facility department.
7. Work closely with other departments (production, supply chain, quality) to ensure smooth production processes.
8. Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations and ensure all deliveries are documented properly.
9. Perform monthly and quarterly stock takes.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience in manufacturing.
2. At least a Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
3. At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
4. Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
6. Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
7. Must be a team player.
