Manufacturing Technician
Salary: UP to $2500/month + AWS + Variable Bonus + $150 Shift Allowance
5.5 Days Work Week (Fixed Shift 7am - 3pm / 3pm - 11pm)
Location: Changi North, Ang Mo Kio

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair production equipment to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
• Adhere to operational, quality, and safety protocols while working on equipment.
• Inspect equipment hardware, sockets, and handler setups at the start of each shift.
• Troubleshoot handler alarms (e.g., site jams, missing devices, overheating).
• Document shift activities and report to Operation Supervisors.
• Monitor equipment performance to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with the preventive maintenance team for hardware replacements.
• Perform setup tasks, including alignment, device changes, and offset adjustments.
• Verify traveller data step-by-step for accuracy.
• Follow on-the-job training (OJT) and task specifications.
• Complete housekeeping duties at the end of each shift, working with operations to maintain quality and safety.
• Operate other backend equipment and tools as required.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by managers or management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 1-2 years of related work experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts (8 or 12 hours, covering day and night shifts).
