General Summary

Team Leadership:

1. Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet customer demands and minimize lead times.
2. Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing quality and efficiency in Tape and Reel processes.
3. Lead the team on the investigation analysis on customer complaints.
4. Supervise and mentor a team of operators and inspectors in Tape and Reel processes.
5. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to enhance team capabilities.
6. Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient production flow and meet daily targets.

Production Management

1. Oversee daily production operations in the Tape and Reel area, ensuring optimal output while maintaining quality standards.
2. Monitor production processes, ensuring adherence to established procedures and quality standards.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
4. Manage production resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
5. Coordinate with vendors and monitor inventory to ensure availability of materials.
6. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency, quality, and safety.
7. Support operations in the area.
8. Other tasks related to operations assigned based on business needs.

Quality Assurance

1. Ensure all products meet specifications and quality standards through regular inspections and testing.
2. Implement corrective actions for any non-conformance and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Process Optimization

1. Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant operations experience.
2. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant operations experience with 2+ of those years involving leadership experience.
