As Manufacturing Sciences, Analytics & Technology Project Coordinator VIE in our Process Management and Manufacturing team, you will support deliverables for Modulus Singapore, while utilizing business tools from Manufacturing Sciences, Analytics & Technology (MSAT) Global Project Management.

Main responsibilities:

  • Play a strong role in defining, planning and monitoring projects.
  • Coordinate team members to build & polish communication & escalation structures.
  • Monitor performance & ensure stakeholder communication & reporting.
  • Structure and document projects for knowledge retention and lessons learnt.
  • Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Governance of highly matrixed organizations.
  • Process equipment documentation & single-use technology design of process transfer projects.
  • Capex project staging of MSAT laboratory, including feasibility and conceptual designs.

About you

Experience:

  • Experience in a Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) biopharmaceutical facility, and/or small- or pilot-scale hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and purification techniques.
  • Experience in project management and/or Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies is a plus.

Soft and Technical skills:

  • Data-driven.
  • Scientifically curious.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Able to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Education:

  • Master’s degree in science or engineering, preferably in Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, or Chemical Engineering.

Languages:

  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
