Manufacturing / Production Manager ( Leading MNC | Electronics | 5 days | East)

• 5 Days: 8.30am- 5.30pm
• Working Location: East area

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process (WIP, Production Plan, Production Results, Quality Status, Aging Status, Priorities, Materials Delays, Maintenance Status, hygiene and cleaning, assistance, Indisciplines, Asset Risks, Corrective actions, reworks, conversions, debug, staff, capacity, New products).
• Develop training strategies for production leaders and operators, ensuring their certifications and enhancing their skills.
• Ensure daily targets and quality are met according to agreed lead times.
• Ensure that staff meet production targets established in the job descriptions.
• Work closely with engineering, materials, production, and maintenance areas to resolve any issues that may impact production.
• Work on manufacturing continuous improvement to be more flexible and efficient.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors regarding equipment, tools, and production planning.
• Proficiency in general production practices such as ISO 9000, ISO 14000, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and DMAIC methodology.
• In charge of overseeing production staff working hours, leave, and overtime.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the manufacturing industry.
• DMAIC methodology knowledge.
• Experience in ISO 9000 and ISO 14000.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking personnel.
