Manufacturing / Process Engineer (Lean Mfg / Electronics/BOM)

Brief Summary

• Basic $4500 + AWS + Attractive VB

• 5 days work week || 8.30am-5.30pm

• Working Location: East

Responsibilities:

• Set up production line and perform process control to ease smooth production flow.

• Ensure production work instructions (W/I) are properly maintained, including SFC control process and SAP maintenance process.

• Lead operation teams on ECO changes and implementations.

• Work with QC and Engineering teams to resolve process issues and foresee potential problems.

• Lead in process efficiency through process improvements, UPH tracking, and Kaizen activities.

• Update EC master list and tracking.

• Prepare and update Working Instructions.

• Provide training over Working Instructions to production staff.

• Support NPI process.

• Participate in ISO activities (implementation and maintenance).

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the manufacturing industry.
