Manufacturing Manager (Operation) / Aerospace MNC

Our Client is in the Aerospace Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Operation Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Responsibility

• Lead the operations team to meet KPIs in HSE, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.
• Build and develop the team to ensure consistent and improved performance year-over-year.
• Foster a proactive HSE culture and drive safety improvement.
• Optimize resources to achieve KPIs in safety, quality, sales, WIP, expenses, and productivity.
• Ensure equipment availability through Total Productive Maintenance.
• Manage headcount, skill development, recruitment, and succession planning.
• Mentor the team to build a high-performance culture.
• Any ad-hoc duty as given.

Requirement

• Min Degree/Master in Manufacturing, Aerospace or Engineering.
• Min 6 – 8 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operation and Management (direct and indirect reports).
• Good knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma / Value Stream.
• Deep knowledge and experience in operations management in Aerospace, oil & gas or equipment manufacturer.
