Manufacturing Engineer

Our client is transforming the cleaning industry with advanced robotic solutions that tackle manpower challenges. Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries! As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
3. Ensure production processes comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Drive continuous process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and improve operational performance.
6. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and project documentation.
7. Perform data analysis and reporting, including FMEA, testing reports, and BOM management.
8. Support the introduction of new products or production techniques, ensuring smooth transitions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
3. Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, techniques, and materials.
4. Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with ERP and MES systems.
5. Excellent technical writing skills (SOPs, work instructions, FMEA, testing reports, project documentation).
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
