Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Enforce compliance with safety and manufacturing best practices
• Drive internally the team to meet production goals/Target
• Enforce compliance to safety and good manufacturing practices and procedural compliance in production areas
• Monitor process performance data to establish good control parameters
• Investigate product quality excursions and implement corrective actions
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and waste reduction
• Take a lead working level peers to explore opportunities for improvement projects
• Develop and implement training plans for operators to improve skill flexibility
• Mentor peers and lead by example in exploring opportunities for improvement
• Represent Manufacturing in dealings with external stakeholders
• Prepare and report to the Manager online issues and progress

Requirements:

• Degree in a related discipline or equivalent
• Min 5 years of relevant experience preferably semiconductor industry
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
