Manual QA/QC

We are looking for a skilled Manual Tester to join our QA team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products, which are focused on applying Intelligent Operation Center (IOC) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to Education/Corp. building & infrastructure system.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Project Manager / Tech Lead / QA Team Lead to understand user stories and technical requirements to ensure the software quality.
• Analyze requirements and create test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance and UAT testing.
• Identify, report, and track bugs using JIRA Bug Tracking tool.
• Verify bug fixes and conduct post-release testing.
• Estimate testing efforts and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Participate in design reviews and quality gate meetings.
• Assist with the deployment process; ensure that releases meet quality standards.
• Document and maintain testing procedures and standards.

Your skills and experience

Specific Requirement:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Proficiency in JIRA bug-tracking tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-taught and open-minded candidates are highly encouraged.
• Experience in testing applications related to education, asset management, or maintenance systems is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of automation testing tools like Playwright or Selenium.
• Experience in Performance Testing (JMeter / k6 / LoadRunner ...).
• Experience in Software Deployment Lifecycle.
• Familiarity with SQL for database query.
• Familiar with JSON and ability to perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
