Job Description:

1. SHI Group operates in various business areas, including manufacturing equipment and infrastructure, and the latest advanced technology.
2. We are looking for a Managing Director to direct and manage core functions such as policies, strategic issues, operational plans, sales, marketing, procurement, and logistics.
3. This position requires a strategist and leader who can steer the company to a profitable direction while implementing long-term goals.
4. Responsibilities include overseeing sales and maintenance operations for injection molding machines, formulating and executing strategic sales initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders.
5. The Managing Director will oversee daily operations, formulate and execute mid- to long-term strategies, and ensure the sustainable development of the organization.
6. This role involves overseeing all projects and operational infrastructure, managing staff, and leading business discussions and negotiations with senior management.

Job Requirements:

1. More than 25 years of experience in the injection molding industry, with at least 5 years in a management-level position.
2. More than 10 years of conducting sales and maintenance activities for injection molding machines as a Sales/Marketing Manager or higher position.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience as management level in a foreign subsidiary as a RHQ of a publicly listed company.
4. More than 2 years of working experience in overseeing financial statements and disclosure documents based on international accounting standards.
5. Bachelor's degree and above in Science Engineering / Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage.
6. Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1) is required.
