Position: Managing Director

Salary Range: SGD 11,000 – SGD 13,000

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee Operations – Manage and ensure smooth operations of marine surveying and ship management services while ensuring compliance with maritime regulations.
2. Business Development – Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
3. Leadership & Team Management – Lead and supervise teams, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
4. Financial Management – Oversee the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
5. Client & Stakeholder Relations – Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners to drive business growth.

Position Requirements:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Marine Technology Management, or a related field.
2. Extensive experience in the maritime industry, preferably with at least 10 years in a senior management role.
3. Strong knowledge of marine surveying, ship management, and regulatory compliance within the maritime industry.
4. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
5. Strong leadership skills with proven experience in business development, operational efficiency, and strategic planning.
6. Experience in managing international maritime projects and cross-border operations is an advantage.
7. Flexibility: Willingness to travel regionally for business development.
