Job Description:

5. Overseeing the company's business operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures.
6. Building and enhancing the company's public profile at events, speaking engagements, etc.

Requirements:

1. Degree in software for computation and automated systems.
2. Higher education.
3. Extensive experience as a managing director or in a similar role.
4. Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
8. Company management for programming and software development for at least 10 years.
9. Project management for Software Engineer experience.
10. Participation and victories in programming competitions are mandatory.
