Job Description

Ensures operational excellence in driving company’s business growth locally and globally in accordance to company expansion plan.

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company.
• Manage other restaurant outlets by receiving other managers’ feedback.
• Deliver good service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Regularly review product quality and source new vendors.
• Daily reporting and inventory report to the Managing Director.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Motivate and lead a high-performance management team to achieve sales, profitability, and business objectives set by the company.
