Position Overview

The Service Crew General Manager and Supervisor will assist to oversee the front-of-house operations, ensuring impeccable service standards and a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist to supervise the service crew, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and managing performance.
  2. Train new hires and provide ongoing training to current staff.
  3. Maintain an impeccable level of customer service, addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  4. Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless operation.
  5. Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  6. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the menu, including seasonal items and specials.
  7. Handle administrative tasks, such as inventory management, payroll, and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Korean or Singaporean National
  2. Previous experience in restaurant management or similar roles.
  3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  7. A passion for the hospitality industry.
