Our client is a global insurance company looking for an experience Life underwriter to perform full cycle of underwriting process and lead the team to achieve the underwriting KPI.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Ensuring Underwriting Standards & Compliance: Ensuring that underwriting standards align with the company's business strategies and policies while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
Process Improvement & Efficiency: Reviewing and refining processes and guidelines to enhance business flow and team efficiency, as well as assisting in executing strategic plans and projects for operational improvement.
Team Development & Collaboration: Collaborating with business units to clarify underwriting requirements and coaching junior underwriters on processes and guidelines according to established SOPs.
Requirements:
Degree holder with 5-7 years of underwriting experience
At least 4-5 years of experience in team management
