Manager (Training & Development)

Job Description:

1. Develop and implement training policies, procedures, and programs.
2. Lead and identify individual and organisational development needs that align with the organisation’s needs and objectives.
3. Plan and facilitate new hire orientation.
4. Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop programs to improve existing staff performance.
5. Prepare reports for management on training and program development matters.
6. Manage accurate records of training activities, including maintaining up-to-date training database, attendance, evaluation, and training materials.
7. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback.
8. Administer SkillsFuture funding, claim and bond matters for courses.
9. Manage training systems and records and prepare for internal and external audits.
10. Coordinate legal matters with HQ and/or the legal division for company affairs.
11. Enhance employee engagement activities and wellbeing.
12. Perform any other duties or HR projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess at least a Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration.
2. At least 5 years of experience in learning and development or a related role.
3. Good presentation skills.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
6. Familiar with OJT blueprint / WSQ framework.
7. Proficient in MS Office.
