The Manager, Technology Quality & Compliance will be responsible for driving the highest standards of quality, governance and compliance in technology. This role will focus on delivering initiative programs that improve the quality of our IT Hilton standards, security controls, best IT practices and peer audits to maintain excellence in our technology service delivery.

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

• Quality Assurance - Develop, implement and manage quality assurance processes and tools to ensure the highest standards in technology delivery. Be the independent evaluator of compliance adherence.
• Governance & Compliance - Ensure that the processes being followed adhere to governance and compliance standards. Drive compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Audit - Design, implement and maintain an IT peer audit program where regular audits of technology processes and systems are done to identify areas for improvement.
• Training - Develop and deliver training programs to ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to maintain quality standards.
• Reporting - Prepare clear and concise reports and present reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and management progress to senior leadership.
• Stakeholder Engagement - Manage multiple key stakeholders across business functions at corporate and hotel level.

You have these minimum qualifications:

• 7 years professional work experience in technology or related field
• 4 years project management experience and/or audit and compliance experience
• 5 years in a hotel operations role preferably related to hospitality technology

It would be useful if you have:

• Certification in quality management (e.g. Six Sigma, ISO)
• Experience in IT audit controls (e.g. PCI, SOX)
• Existing skillsets in tools (e.g. MS Power BI, SharePoint, AuditBoard, SQL)
• Proficiency in Chinese language to support Greater China & Mongolia (GCM) hotels
• Global experience
