Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with business leaders to understand their talent development and learning needs.
• Develop and execute online and offline learning material based on stakeholder and organization needs.
• Design and develop the succession planning plan to groom future leaders.
• Define KPIs to monitor learning, talent development, and other related results.

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holder with 8-10 years of experience in talent management, organization development, or other related people fields.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing onsite and online L&D initiatives.
• Ability to work under tight schedules.
