The Role:

As the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will lead and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will oversee and mentor the recruitment team, contribute to key hiring initiatives, and partner closely with business leaders to meet the organization’s hiring needs. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement strategic talent acquisition initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage, mentor, and support the recruitment team to ensure hiring goals are met and aligned with business objectives.
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop tailored hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to foster a robust talent pipeline.
  • Utilize data analytics and recruitment metrics to continuously improve recruitment processes and efficiency.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey from initial contact through to onboarding.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the company’s recruitment strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Preferably holding a CEI Basic Certificate.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to design and implement effective hiring strategies in a competitive market.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for talent management and business growth.
