Position: Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities:
- Participate or lead cross-functional initiatives to improve current business processes or solve business issues and drive the best practices across Regions.
- Develop and achieve supply chain strategies and KPIs aligned to company blueprint, lead SCM monthly performance review with management team.
- Align supply chain capabilities to fit with appropriate business market strategies.
- Manage projects to address gaps in order fulfillment, inventory and logistics processes by adopting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review and set the target of optimal level of inventory holding annually and monthly to align with company business direction.
- Manage stock replenishment planning, inventory management, PIPO, and stock exceptional cases to reduce order undelivered related to OOS in order to mitigate supply chain constraints at Regions and to improve customer service level.
- Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of material handling equipment, such as forklifts and conveyors.
- Assess regions' inventory storage capacity and implement strategies for effective inventory management, including cycle counting and regular stock take.
- Lead stakeholders in supply/logistics constraint situations, facilitating effective decision making or recommend corrective action to improve overall performance.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders internal and external to identify opportunities for integration of planning processes.
- Establish and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Quality Procedures for Supply Chain Management Department on a regular basis.
- Ensure that safety policies align with industry regulations and company standards.
- Provide safety training to warehouse personnel, emphasizing the proper use of equipment and adherence to safety procedures.
- Develop and regularly update emergency response plans for various scenarios.
- Coach, mentor and develop direct reports in meeting company objectives and work with HR to ensure succession plans are in place for key supply chain positions.
- Follow-up and ensure customer complaints and audit findings are closed within the timeline.
- Conduct risk assessments related to warehouse operations and implement mitigation strategies.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
- Visit to regional office/warehouse (Local & Outstation).
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain or related disciplines.
- Working experience in a FMCG setting with a minimum of 6 years in Supply Chain managerial position.
- Experience in driving continuous process improvement initiatives.
- S&OP experience is preferable.
- Experience in logistics and transportation operations.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams within an organisation.
- Proficiency in a larger ERP system (SAP, JDE, Oracle, etc.).
- Ability to think critically and demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong background in demand and supply planning of FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in warehouse management.
- Strong analytical skill and leadership skill.
- Outstanding relationship building skills with internal & external business partners.
