JOB TASKS AND SPECIFICATIONS

1. Strategic Leadership and Business Growth
   1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that unlock new revenue streams and enhance customer engagement.
   2. Identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities in supply chain optimization, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and market insights.
   3. Oversee end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring measurable business outcomes that align with organizational goals.
   4. Build and expand high-value relationships with key clients, delivering tailored solutions that drive mutual growth.
   5. Manage high-impact engagements, including MOU signings, VIP visits, product launches, and corporate events, to elevate YCH’s brand and influence.
   6. Strategically manage government relations to secure funding, regulatory approvals, and recognition for the organization’s sustainability efforts.
2. Executive Engagement and Public Affairs
   1. Serve as a key liaison with government bodies and industry stakeholders, shaping policies and partnerships that support business objectives.
   2. Manage high-impact engagements, including MOU signings, VIP visits, product launches, and corporate events, to elevate YCH’s brand and influence.
   3. Strategically manage government relations to secure funding, regulatory approvals, and recognition for the organization’s sustainability efforts.
3. Sustainability and Energy Transition
   1. Lead initiatives that embed sustainability into core business practices, driving measurable progress in energy efficiency and renewable energy adoption.
   2. Identify and implement innovative energy solutions, including green financing opportunities and cost-saving measures.
   3. Oversee adherence to regulatory standards and secure energy certifications for key projects.
   4. Deliver data-driven insights through robust energy reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability in sustainability metrics.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years in a strategic or managerial role, such as management consulting, business transformation, sustainability leadership, or energy transition projects within APAC markets.
• Strong track record in project management and business development, with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and deliver actionable, measurable outcomes.
• Expertise in renewable energy solutions, energy-efficient technologies, and sustainability frameworks, with a passion for driving environmental and organizational impact.
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across diverse teams and industries, leveraging exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in a regional language is a plus.
