Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition and Workforce Transformation Specialist/Manager, to attract and hire top talents for our organization, and drive organizational changes to enable our workforce to adapt to the challenges of the future.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers from different business units, to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Drive the sourcing, hiring and maintenance of a constant high quality talent pipeline, representing SATS as an employer of choice.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously enhance our recruitment processes.
  • Research and analyze workforce trends, industry best practices and identify opportunities for workforce transformation.
  • Support on implementation of workforce strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current workforce capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with SATS Academy to design and deliver training programs to upskill and reskill employees to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development.
  • With proven 6 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning or organizational development.
  • With knowledge and proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to demonstrate stewardship in complex change initiatives and drive transformative outcomes.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
