Job description

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager / Sr Manager to support & overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations within our fast-growing company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex logistics, procurement, inventory operations, forecast planning, data intelligence, and franchise business models within the food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily supply chain activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in logistics, procurement, warehousing, and inventory management.

  • Develop and manage supplier relationships, negotiating favourable terms, ensuring quality and compliance with stringent food safety standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.

  • Oversee forecast planning processes, ensuring accurate demand predictions and efficient resource allocation.

  • Manage the data intelligence function to enable data-driven decision-making and improve operational insights and forecasting accuracy.

  • Oversee and manage the franchise business model, ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across franchise locations.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, Franchise consultant, QA, Finance and operations, to forecast demand and align supply chain strategies accordingly.

  • Monitor and ensure regulatory compliance, focusing on food safety and quality management systems.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members, promoting a culture of accountability and high performance.

  • Actively participate in strategic planning, supporting business growth and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Food Technology, or related fields; Master's preferred.

  • Minimum of 8-12 years of relevant supply chain management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role within the food, FMCG, or related industries.

  • Proven expertise in supplier negotiations, inventory optimization, logistics, forecast planning, data intelligence, franchise management, and compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, FSMA, FDA, ISO).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office (Excel), and data-driven decision-making.
