Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager / Sr Manager to support & overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations within our fast-growing company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex logistics, procurement, inventory operations, forecast planning, data intelligence, and franchise business models within the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily supply chain activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in logistics, procurement, warehousing, and inventory management.
Develop and manage supplier relationships, negotiating favourable terms, ensuring quality and compliance with stringent food safety standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Oversee forecast planning processes, ensuring accurate demand predictions and efficient resource allocation.
Manage the data intelligence function to enable data-driven decision-making and improve operational insights and forecasting accuracy.
Oversee and manage the franchise business model, ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across franchise locations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, Franchise consultant, QA, Finance and operations, to forecast demand and align supply chain strategies accordingly.
Monitor and ensure regulatory compliance, focusing on food safety and quality management systems.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members, promoting a culture of accountability and high performance.
Actively participate in strategic planning, supporting business growth and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Food Technology, or related fields; Master's preferred.
Minimum of 8-12 years of relevant supply chain management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role within the food, FMCG, or related industries.
Proven expertise in supplier negotiations, inventory optimization, logistics, forecast planning, data intelligence, franchise management, and compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, FSMA, FDA, ISO).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office (Excel), and data-driven decision-making.
