Support and sustain the organisation learning culture to foster an environment that encourages continuous learning, promote knowledge sharing and empower staff to develop their skills.
Design and review Learning and Development framework, policies, plans, systems, processes and programmes to ensure they are effective, relevant and aligned to organisational goals and objectives.
Support the development and management of Career Development Pathway and Competency Framework.
Review and drive the training development roadmaps to meet organisation and department learning needs and increase employees’ skills competency.
Design, develop and implement learning initiatives, encompassing programme management (review insourcing/outsourcing, evaluation of generic, domain and leadership programmes, in-house training, etc.) to align with the organisation’s business needs and culture identified for future success.
Buildcapacity to deliver customised in-house training programmes.
Design and implement new and different learning methods to maximise learning effectiveness and improve learning experience.
Review Learning Management System and HRIS data to ensure accurate inputand reporting of learning data.
Conduct regular reviews of learning data to enhance effectiveness of learning and development of solutions.
Support ad-hoc projects / assignments and implement accordingly.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
Preferably with Diploma in Adult & Continuing Education (DACE) / Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP)
Minimum 8 years of working experience in Learning & Development
Good knowledge of learning management systems, design, authoring and instructional tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Working experience in SuccessFactor HRIS would be an advantage
Excellent interpersonal skills with pleasant disposition and ability to work well and interact with people at all levels
Effective facilitation and communication skills
