Job Description
Develop portfolio strategy, as well as oversee and drive asset performance and optimization through business planning, budgeting and forecasting of portfolio performance.
Conduct portfolio analysis and track portfolio performance by monitoring budgets and financial models at both asset and portfolio levels.
Generate insightful reports on portfolio performance and contribute to accurate and timely reporting for assets under management.
Lead/assist in annual business and budget planning, monthly portfolio reporting and ad hoc duties as required.
Lead/Assist in implementation of the company’s strategy including Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) to the company’s portfolio of assets.
Work closely with internal stakeholders like leasing, property management, and finance teams and external stakeholders including government authorities to ensure alignment.
Actively acquire and manage business partnerships, market intelligence, collate global market/industry information to ensure competitiveness of the company’s products and services.
Lead/assist in evaluating and pursuing business opportunities across all real estate asset classes and jurisdictions, in accordance with the company’s strategy.
Formulate/assist in formulating investment strategy and responsible for executing end-to-end investment transactions including deal sourcing, negotiations, feasibility studies, technical due diligence, market intelligence and cash flow.
Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.
Prepare and present proposals to the team.
Any other duties and assignments as assigned.
Job Requirements
Possesses a Diploma/Degree/Master Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or a related field
5 to 10 years of relevant working experience
Possesses strong analytical skills, and adept in problem solving
Able to work independently
Strong interpersonal skills
Able to network
Able to present to a team confidently
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel skills with knowledge of cashflow modelling and aptitude for troubleshooting
