Job Description

The role supports the development of strategies to promote sustainability actions. He/She will promote & communicate Sustainability strategies to various stakeholders internally and externally, execute initiatives and programs to drive sustainability across PSA’s businesses.

Responsibilities

• Support Group sustainability strategies, framework and initiatives to achieve the PSA Sustainability Vision, targets and reporting requirements.
• Track and drive sustainability actions group-wide.
• Establish policies, standards and guidelines pertinent to sustainability.
• Support publication of the Sustainability report.
• Coordinate across all Business Units (BUs) to align BU targets and goals with PSA.
• Monitor sustainability progress of the Group.
• Analyse and track emerging legislation and market trends related to renewable energy purchase.
• Support ongoing/new communications and education/awareness initiatives to promote sustainability culture.
• Budget management and planning.

Requirements

• Degree in sustainability studies, engineering, science/business management or related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Proactive and resourceful, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong planning, stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Past experience in a global or regional role would be an advantage.
• Travelling is required (up to 3 times per year of 1 week each).
