Manager / Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner (6468)

As part of the Finance Business Partnership team in the Enterprise Performance Division, you will play an instrumental role in establishing finance business partnerships with both new and fast-growing businesses and core divisions within the Changi Airport Group. We partner our businesses and divisions by delivering financial insights, designing their end-to-end new finance processes and controls, participating in business development, understanding business trends, and supporting stakeholders in their business decision-making. Your role and responsibilities:

1. Understand the businesses’ key strategies and provide relevant financial insights that add value to business performance. Design and prepare regular and ad-hoc performance reports with impactful data visualizations, together with analyses that link the financial reports to business drivers and strategies.
2. Perform proactive partnering responsibilities and act as a trusted financial advisor to the businesses to resolve strategic and operational challenges.
3. Partner with businesses in their budgeting and forecasting processes, with input from key business stakeholders, while ensuring financial reasonableness.
4. Design and map out end-to-end finance processes for new business initiatives and ensure controls are in place for identified risks.
5. Serve as a conduit for the review of existing policies and processes between stakeholders and finance teams, and contribute to ad-hoc projects to further drive improvement and efficiency.
6. Initiate and support any change initiatives or process improvements that will enhance the efficiency and accuracy of forecasting, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting of financial performance of the businesses.

Your profile:

1. At least 5 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
2. Prior work experience in data analytics or data analysis would be preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, with a good track record of stakeholder engagement across different levels (e.g., C-suite, middle management, working-level staff).
4. Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
5. Detail-oriented and hands-on.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Tools (especially in PowerPoint, Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI).
7. Independent, resourceful, and an adaptable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
