Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager (Admin and Finance)

About the Role:

Grace Orchard School is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead the administration and finance functions of our special education institution. The successful candidate will report directly to the Vice Principal (Administration) and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of these critical areas.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administration: Lead and manage the administration of the school, ensuring efficient and optimised office processes, good corporate governance, and business continuity.
2. Financial Management: Oversee the accounting/finance function, preparing financial statements according to applicable accounting standards, analysing financial results, and ensuring proper use of funds based on specified purposes.
3. Finance and Procurement: Manage contracts and licenses, administer the Financial Assistance Scheme, oversee student admissions, review and update finance policies and processes, and ensure timely submission of reports to government agencies.
4. Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a team of executives and support staff, collaborate with teaching and allied professional staff to achieve strategic outcomes, and advise school leaders on financial management.

Requirements:

1. Experience in general administration and finance.
2. Relevant degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
3. Good leadership, organisational abilities, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
