Manager / Senior Assistant Manager, Communications

Job Summary
The School of Art Design Media (ADM) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) seeks a qualified applicant for the Manager/Assistant Manager, Communications position. This role involves planning and managing communication activities to increase ADM's visibility, reputation, and brand awareness in the community.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in developing and executing social media strategy and campaigns for undergraduate and postgraduate students across various channels, including the website, social media, email, newsletters, and offline platforms.
2. Create engaging social media content (video, interviews, photos, reels, Instagram carousel images, ads) for undergraduate and postgraduate students on Facebook, Instagram, and the ADM website.
3. Manage and update social media profiles, schedule posts by month and semester, and manage ad buying and boosting on Instagram.
4. Supervise student festival and competition submissions across media and design for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
5. Coordinate student competition information and submissions to the ADM student body.
6. Collaborate with ACS to develop narratives and implement fundraising objectives.
7. Serve as a point of contact for Centre collaborators, contractors, and NTU offices and departments for communications and events.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the arts field in a similar role, preferably within educational or professional institutions.
2. Proficient in Adobe Suite and MS Office Applications.
3. Excellent writing and presentation skills.
4. Skilled in developing and executing social media campaigns.
5. Strong social media awareness and expertise.
6. Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
7. Resourceful, observant, and detail-oriented.
8. Demonstrates good work ethics and is an excellent team player.
