Job Title: Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent professional to manage the firm's risk and regulatory compliance matters. This role involves overseeing business, financial, and security risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Risk Management

• Develop and implement the firm's enterprise risk management framework.
• Identify, assess, and monitor risks across business units.
• Establish a risk reporting system for timely and accurate information to management.

Data Protection

• Assess, manage, and monitor data protection compliance with applicable laws.
• Develop and update policies and procedures for data protection.
• Conduct data protection impact assessments.

Advisory Services

• Review basic legal documents, such as non-disclosure agreements and client contracts.
• Update firm policies based on regulatory changes.
• Provide guidance on onboarding, assessment, independence, anti-money laundering, and data protection queries.

General Compliance

• Perform annual and regular testing to ensure policy compliance.
• Organize information for group and regulator reporting.
• Deliver risk management training.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Business, or relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in an international public accounting firm, financial institution, or multinational company.
• Advantageous to have experience in ERM and/or data protection.
• Strong interest in international risk management policies and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Curious and motivated with a strong interest in enterprise risk management and data privacy.
