Manager – Reliability Matters

We are hiring a strategic and detail-driven Manager to join our Reliability Matters team, where operational excellence, governance, and compliance intersect. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in audit, quality assurance, or risk management within a healthcare or highly regulated environment.

If you're analytical, experienced in driving process improvements, and confident in managing enterprise risks and compliance frameworks—this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee internal audit processes and ensure compliance with hospital policies and external regulations
2. Develop and implement risk management frameworks to improve operational reliability
3. Analyze gaps in current systems and propose actionable solutions
4. Coordinate quality assurance programs and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives
5. Work cross-functionally with departments to ensure governance and performance standards are met
6. Prepare audit reports, risk assessments, and management presentations

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accountancy, Business, Risk Management, or a related field
2. At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or a regulated sector
3. Strong knowledge of internal audit, compliance, and governance frameworks
4. Proven ability to lead change and drive process improvements
5. Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
