Job Description:

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee our regional digital products portfolio at ITT/XM Overseas. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive cross-functional support for operational topics, driving our digital transformation initiatives forward.

This is a 1 Year Contract role (Subject to renewal)

Salary Range: Up to SGD 10,800 per month

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product/Service Management: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the product life cycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. Oversee the strategic planning and execution of our digital product offerings.
2. Product Delivery: Lead the rollout of new products and services, ensuring seamless implementation and customer satisfaction. Utilize agile methodologies to drive product development and iteration.
3. Product Development: Leverage Agile/Scrum frameworks to foster a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping. Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices in product development.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to align on product strategy and deliver exceptional results.
5. Financial Management: Manage product budgets, analyze costs, and track performance to ensure financial success. Generate insightful reports to guide product strategy and identify financial risks.
6. Digital Infrastructure/Architecture/Technology: Possess a strong understanding of digital infrastructure, architecture, and underlying technologies. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and innovations in the digital space.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field; an MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus.
2. 5-10 years of experience in product design, development, and management, with a successful track record in delivering products.
3. 3-5 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
