We are seeking a passionate and skilled Manager, PR & Marcomms to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing Caritas Singapore’s presence, reputation, and impact through strategic public relations, communication, and marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Caritas Singapore’s public relations and communication strategies, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
• Manage media relations, drafting press releases, and coordinating media outreach to enhance visibility and awareness of Caritas Singapore's programs and initiatives.
• Oversee the creation of compelling content across digital and traditional platforms, including website updates, newsletters, brochures, social media, and other communication channels.
• Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Caritas Singapore's services, fundraising events, and community engagement efforts.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to craft key messages and communications that reflect the organization's values and mission.
• Monitor media coverage and public opinion, preparing reports and suggesting proactive strategies to protect and enhance Caritas Singapore’s brand reputation.
• Support the planning and coordination of events, press conferences, and other promotional activities.
• Manage the communications team, ensuring smooth workflow, timely delivery of projects, and maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.

Key Requirements

• A degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in PR, communications, or marketing, with a proven track record of success in strategic communications management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and impactful messages for diverse audiences.
• Experience in managing media relations, crisis communications, and building strong relationships with media outlets.
• Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content management systems.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for social impact and a commitment to Caritas Singapore’s mission of service to those in need.
