About the role

As the Manager, Planning at ST Engineering Aerospace Engines Pte Ltd, you will play a key role in the Production, Planning & Scheduling function of this leading aerospace and defence company. This full-time position will be based at the company's facilities in the Airport Road East Region. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient planning and scheduling of aircraft engine production to meet customer demands.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage production plans to optimise the utilisation of resources and ensure timely delivery of aircraft engine components
• Liaise with stakeholders across different business functions to coordinate production schedules and address any bottlenecks or issues
• Analyse production data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced efficiency
• Supervise and mentor a team of production planning specialists to drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, safety and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the wider organisation to support strategic business initiatives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a production planning or scheduling role, preferably within the aerospace or manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
• Familiarity with production planning and scheduling software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Operations Management or Supply Chain Management
