We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, business administration, or a similar field.
- Advanced user and strong proficiency in using data visualization tools and software such as Power BI, Python, SQL, or similar software to interpret and present data in an effective story-telling manner.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze complex financial data to derive insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to present data insights at senior business meetings to achieve business objectives.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience in insurance, banking, and financial services companies is preferred.
On the job you will:
- Dashboard Maintenance: Track business productivity drivers by maintaining and creating new Bancassurance performance dashboards, including Power BI and Excel reports.
- Financial Reconciliation and Reporting: Reconcile month-end sales reports with Finance and consolidate country and regional sales updates and commentaries, including the preparation of management presentation decks.
- Product Mix Monitoring: Monitor channel product mix against plan and profitability trends, recommending pre-emptive and reactive intervention measures.
- Liaison Role: Act as the primary liaison with Finance team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Data Management: Prepare and maintain required databases for Bancassurance-related management reporting.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and recommend strategic plans supported by data insights that align with the company's long-term goals and objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Support business leads with proactive and timely analysis to drive performance, utilizing data-driven insights to guide decision-making processes and improve overall financial performance.
- Financial Analysis: Provide valuable insights into business planning, budgeting, and financial analysis to support informed strategic decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Reporting and Presentation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management. Craft compelling presentation decks for management reporting and bancassurance partner discussions.
