Manager or Senior Manager - Asset Management

We are assisting our real estate client to recruit for a Manager or Senior Manager to join them as part of their expansion plan. This is a new headcount as they have been growing in this resilient asset class and looking to formulate and execute strategies to maximise the value of their portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you will be driving the asset positioning strategies to achieve the financial, operational and sustainability goal of the assigned portfolio. You will prepare and analyse budgets, business plans and asset reports to evaluate the financial performance of the assets, perform hold-sell analysis, monitor lease expiry and rental collection.

You will also identify and analyse trends in the local market and recommend asset management strategies and opportunities. This will include negotiating and managing lease management issues and dealing with property related matters such as valuation, insurance, etc.

Requirements:

1. You possess a Degree in Real Estate / Business / Finance or its equivalent and have at least 7 years’ relevant experience in asset management.
2. Having some knowledge of ESG trends and regulations for real estate are highly advantageous.
3. You are an independent, self-motivated individual and a resourceful team player.
4. You possess strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills as well as being analytical with good business and financial acumen/modelling.
5. There might be some travelling as this portfolio is primarily regional.
