Job description

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Lead of Onboarding, you will be part of the Manpower Development Department responsible for handling system-related and administrative matters of the onboarding process of our Financial Representatives.

The Job

  1. Assist in the onboarding process for new applicants, including reviewing the Fit and Proper of the applicant and reviewing documents.
  2. Preparation of onboarding-related materials and presentations to the agency force.
  3. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and answer enquiries.
  4. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in onboarding.
  5. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the onboarding process.
  6. Participate in ongoing projects involving the enhancement of the Great Career platform by working with internal and external stakeholders, incorporating AI technology.
  7. Support ad-hoc duties, projects, and activities as assigned.

Our Requirements

  1. Minimum Diploma / Degree Holders.
  2. 2 – 3 years working experience.
  3. Team player.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  5. A self-starter who is keen to learn with a positive work attitude.
  6. Meticulous, diligent, and well organized.
  7. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
