Manager, NVO Key Account Sales - Shipping (Agency office)

Job Descriptions

1. To optimize business volume and profitability for Regional key account portfolio in NVO segment.
2. To drive continuous growth in sales efficiency while achieving KPIs both in TEUs and contribution margin.
3. To develop negotiation strategies and manage global tender to attain maximum returns both in multiple trade lanes and contributions.
4. To collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
5. To actively promote e-commerce and digital solutions to steer ONE’s digitalization strategies.
6. To develop customer segmentation strategy to augment corporate portfolio compatibility.
7. To maintain quality account business information in CRM for analytics on business KPI such as volume, revenue, conversion rate, etc.
8. Assist in any other assigned duties.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies/Shipping-related disciplines.
2. Preferably with at least 8 years of relevant working experience in container shipping or forwarding industries.
3. Proven sales execution ability, problem solving and negotiation skills.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market opportunities.
6. Highly motivated, result-oriented, and resilient.
7. Adaptable and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with CRM tools.
9. Knowledge in Google suite apps is advantageous.
