Manager (IT Policy & Compliance)

About the role

You are part of the policy and compliance team that governs cybersecurity and Information Technology (IT) standards in MINDEF.

What you will be working on

• Contribute to the production and improvement of IT policies
• Ensure compliance with government-wide information management standards and organisational requirements
• Operate policy lifecycle management and control monitoring frameworks
• Design and roll-out enterprise processes and automation for Governance, Risk and Compliance

Challenge(s)

• Balancing security requirements with operational needs
• Keeping up with rapidly evolving cybersecurity threats and technologies
• Ensuring effective implementation of policies across diverse IT systems and users

What we are looking for

• Passion for IT risk management and compliance
• Relevant work experience and professional certifications are advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
