Manager (IT Policy)

What The Role Is

You belong to the policy and compliance team that governs cybersecurity and IT standards in MINDEF.

What You Will Be Working On

You will contribute to the production and improvement of IT policies that enable compliance with the Whole-of-Government Infocomm Technology and Smart Systems (ICT&SS) Management and other internal controls. You will operate policy lifecycle management and control monitoring frameworks, and you will be involved in the design and rollout of enterprise processes and automation for Governance, Risk, and Compliance. You will gain exposure to IT governance, risk management and compliance, cybersecurity, and IT system operations. Your challenge lies in working with an agile mindset to deliver the desired outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

You must have a tertiary qualification, with a passion for IT risk management and compliance. Having relevant work experience and professional certifications will be advantageous. Possession of strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills is required. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
