Manager, Investor Relations & Marketing Communications (Logistics)

A global real estate investment and management company is seeking a Manager, Investor Relations & Marketing Communications to join its Singapore team. The role involves managing investor relations programs, producing key materials like annual reports, organizing investor events, and ensuring compliance with SGX standards, including sustainability reporting. With at least 8 years of experience in investor relations or marketing communications, the ideal candidate will contribute to the company’s communication strategy and market growth. About the Role:

The main function of the Investor Relations Manager/Assistant Manager is to provide current and potential investors with accurate and timely information to help them make informed decisions. You will be involved in communicating the company’s strategy and performance through reports, presentations, meetings, and events. Additionally, you will support the creation of key investor materials, including CEO speeches, annual reports, and presentation decks, with a strong focus on sustainability reporting as part of the annual reporting process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investor Relations Communication: Act as the liaison between the company and its investors, ensuring clear and transparent communication of financial health, strategy, and performance.
• Investor Relations Materials: Lead the creation of key materials such as annual reports, shareholder circulars, press releases, investor presentations, and content for the company website, including sustainability reporting.
• CEO Support: Collaborate on the crafting of CEO speeches and executive communications for investor meetings and public engagements.
• Event Management: Plan and manage investor engagement events such as AGMs, investor conferences, analyst briefings, and roadshows.
• Sustainability Reporting: Oversee the preparation of sustainability reports and ensure compliance with SGX standards, including GRESB submissions.
• Market & Industry Analysis: Provide insights on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and shareholder issues within the real estate and REIT sectors.
• ESG & Corporate Image: Monitor ESG ratings and ensure the company’s alignment with best practices, enhancing corporate reputation and sustainability initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Relevant Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in investor relations, communications, or a similar field, with prior exposure to real estate or REITs being a strong advantage.
• Writing & Presentation Skills: Excellent communication skills, with proven experience in producing high-quality investor relations materials.
• Proactive & Independent: A self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with teams.
• Finance Acumen: Strong understanding of finance, capital markets, and ESG reporting is highly advantageous.
• Licensing: CMFAS license required or willingness to obtain.
