The Role
Our pioneer team is looking to hire a results-driven Talent Acquisition Lead who will play a strategic role in helping us to find the best talent for our operations in Southeast Asia. The incumbent will also have an opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of the Talent Acquisition process and procedures while being part of an international matrix organization. What you will do:
- Develop and execute holistic talent acquisition strategies to support current and future business needs.
- Run full cycle recruitments for a variety of openings (Commercial Sales/Pre-Sales/ Key accounts Sales, Technical, Ops, Finance, etc.) across countries in Southeast Asia.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job profiling to talent sourcing to offer.
- Build deep partnerships with the hiring managers for the assigned openings to understand business needs, technical requirements, and team dynamics while providing high-quality ideas on sourcing strategies and challenges.
- Source external candidates using a wide variety of recruitment methods: posting, networking, headhunting, etc. and propose innovative sourcing strategies to execute a successful recruitment plan.
- Act as a recruitment expert and provide guidance and best practices to hiring managers to foster a collaborative, innovative, and continuous learning culture.
- Implement best practices in the end-to-end talent acquisition process to drive continuous improvement and improve overall candidate quality.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience and be the company’s culture & values ambassador.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to provide a positive onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
What you need to have:
- Degree in Human Resources, Engineering, or related field.
- Technical recruiter with a proven track record in full cycle recruitment, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Experience in managing different roles across the organization including sales, technical, and other functions with high volume recruitment.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and to lead recruitment projects with remote hiring managers/HRBP for multiple locations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at different levels.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills and high proficiency in the Chinese language.
- Familiarity with labor regulations and hiring norms in Southeast Asia.
