Job description

Job Purpose: Drive Performance Management!
Manage and execute the annual performance exercise. You’ll play a key role in shaping the performance management cycle, from goal-setting to year-end reviews, ensuring a smooth and effective process.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare insightful reports on preliminary ratings and promotion recommendations that drive informed decision-making.
  2. System Support: Setup the system for the annual exercise and provide support to users on the system.
  3. Facilitate Engaging Sessions: Co-lead pre-moderation and main moderation sessions with Senior Management, fostering a culture of open dialogue and collaboration.
  4. Collaborate for Success: Partner with the Centre of Excellence and HR Business Partners to ensure timely submissions of performance appraisals, making a tangible impact on our organizational success.

Job Purpose: Champion Risk and Governance!
Support our commitment to integrity and compliance by assisting in the annual conflict of interest and compliance leave exercises. Your expertise will help ensure that our policies are clear and adhered to across the board.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert guidance on Conflict-of-Interest Declarations, ensuring transparency and completeness.
  2. Manage & support staff compliance with policies and assist in non-payroll HR audits.
  3. Communicate key policies and procedures effectively to all levels of staff, enhancing understanding and compliance.
  4. Undertake any other projects as assigned by the Head of Unit.

Job Purpose: Ignite Employee Engagement!
Be a driving force behind our annual Employee Engagement Survey and Pulse Survey. Your efforts will help us understand our workforce better and implement strategies for improvement.

What You’ll Achieve:

  1. Prepare staff listings and user access for surveys, ensuring high participation rates.
  2. Liaise with the vendor and Centre of Excellence to ensure tasks are completed on-time.
  3. Analyse survey results and craft compelling communication materials to address areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with departments to develop actionable intervention plans, presenting insights to the management team.

Undertake any other projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; a post-graduate qualification in HR Management is a plus!
  2. At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources;
  3. Experience in healthcare preferred.
  4. A positive attitude, independent, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to challenges.
  5. Exceptional project management skills, with a meticulous and results-oriented mindset.
  6. Good interpersonal values, logical, and has strong professional ethics.
  7. Strong sense of systems. Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
