As a Manager, Healthcare Performance & Innovation, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support organisation in developing, planning and implementing continuous improvement and innovation programmes, adhering to the National Standards of Healthcare Work.
• Develop, conduct and customize training and hands-on application programmes in Lean Thinking, RCA and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Facilitate events, projects and workshops, providing advice on Rapid Improvement (RIE), Process Preparation (2P) and 6S.
• Provide guidance to a pool of in-house trained facilitators.
• Drive and support innovation and digitalization efforts.
• Coordinate MOH, AIC or RH (CGH) initiated surveys, analyze survey data and follow-up with improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with external organizations for quality improvement efforts such as organizing Quality Conferences and cross institutional improvement projects.

Requirements:

• At least a bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory, operations and administrative work in a healthcare organisation will be an advantage.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is highly preferred.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and conducting training.
• Experience in applying Design Thinking framework and other human-centric design techniques.
• Experience in design and marketing will be an added advantage.
• Excellent planning, analytical, problem solving and communication skills are essential.
