As a Manager, Healthcare Performance & Innovation, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist leadership in the development, planning, and implementation of continuous improvement and innovation programs in accordance with National Healthcare Standards.
• Design and deliver tailored training and practical application programs focused on Lean Thinking, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Facilitate events, projects, and workshops while providing expertise in Rapid Improvement Events (RIE), Process Preparation (2P), and 6S methodology.
• Offer support and guidance to a group of trained in-house facilitators.
• Promote and drive initiatives related to innovation and digital transformation.
• Establish and manage Quality Improvement Project awards.
• Organize the annual Quality & Safety Festival.
• Coordinate surveys initiated by the Ministry of Health (MOH), Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), or hospitals (e.g., Patient Safety Culture Survey, Patient Experience Survey), analyze the resulting data, and implement follow-up improvement actions.
• Collaborate with external organizations on quality improvement initiatives, including organizing Quality Conferences and cross-institutional improvement projects.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Requirements:

• At least a bachelor's degree
• A Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• At least 5 years of relevant healthcare experience, including facilitating workshops and conducting training.
• Experience with Design Thinking and human-centric design techniques (like persona development, journey mapping, and prototyping) is highly desirable, as is a background in design and marketing.
