Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a driven and motivated Assistant Manager / Manager of Global Brands to join our team. You will play a critical role in translating the high-level brand strategy into actionable plans and ensuring its execution across diverse markets. This position requires an individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for branding to bring our brands to life within our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to ensure the brand’s competitiveness and value proposition.
- Brand Strategy Execution:
- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Work closely with the business unit and operational teams to plan, execute, and manage brand campaigns and programmes.
- Manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity application across all touchpoints.
Key Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
- Minimum experience of 5 to 10 years in marketing, brand management, or related fields is crucial.
- Preferably with experience in working with a global or multi-market focus.
- Knowledge of and sensitivity to different cultures and markets is essential, such as past experience working in diverse geographical regions or in handling global teams.
- Effective communicator with proficiency in English (written and spoken) and able to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Passionate about branding, with a genuine passion for building brands and nurturing them, and an intrinsic understanding of its value.
- Ability to work with cross-functional and diverse teams to build strong relationships and foster a cooperative working environment.
- Proven ability in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM, analytics platforms, and social media management tools is preferred.
