Lead and manage a team of medical professionals and executives to ensure seamless execution of all executive health screening and duties in adherence with organizational policies and procedures.
Oversee concurrent health screening of varying scales through all project modules and radiographic/ultrasonographic duties and functions - client servicing, resource planning, logistics, health screening performance, timely accurate reports, service delivery, and issue resolution.
Deliver effective results through clear leadership, data analysis, resource optimization, and innovation.
Responsible for addressing any deviations from established standard operating procedures and escalate as appropriate.
Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Train team members and ensure maintenance of SOPs, clinical practice guidelines, and compliance with MOH and PHMC guidelines.
Maintain SOPs and implement strategies to improve current operational systems.
Support periodic management reporting for department KPIs.
Assist in other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree with at least 3-5 years relevant experience in healthcare with supervisory experience.
Possess demonstrated clear leadership skills as well as performance track records.
Ability to lead and keep teams engaged.
Excellent management skills with experience in managing and supervising clinical administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
