Job Description

1. Provide leadership and support for clinical services by planning, coordinating, managing, and monitoring the efficient and effective delivery of care across all clinical areas.
2. Oversee and take ownership of all clinical workflows, including the initiation and enhancement of new projects.
3. Manage budgeting and financial operations to ensure the sustainability and cost-effectiveness of clinical services.
4. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders (including doctors, nurses, and operations staff) to plan, develop, and implement new clinical services and primary care programs aimed at enhancing patient access and improving health outcomes.
5. Offer strategic guidance to project teams involved in the development or pilot testing of new care models across various clinical disciplines.
6. Ensure consistent clinical standards are upheld across all clinics, with a focus on meeting patient care needs and supervising overall care delivery.
7. Promote and uphold high standards of patient care by implementing clinical strategies and action plans, while monitoring compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
8. Lead the development and periodic review of policies to ensure alignment with MOH guidelines.
9. Supervise recruitment, manpower planning, training, and oversight of all clinical and administrative staff. Plan and conduct training programs to enhance staff competencies and promote professional growth, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
10. Prepare administrative reports, papers, and presentations related to Medical Board policies and related documents.
11. Lead the implementation and monitoring of infection prevention and control (IPC) practices across all clinical staff.
12. Manage the introduction and integration of new projects and initiatives, including those involving artificial intelligence and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles in healthcare.
13. Carry out any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Medical Director.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in healthcare or healthcare-related.
2. At least 3 years of management experience in a healthcare environment.
3. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
