We are looking for a dynamic and energetic team player who is keen to join our Doctors' Engagement team as a Manager, Doctors' Engagement.
Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will be the key resource person representing Thomson Medical in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with specialist doctors. You will promote the hospital's services and capabilities, providing them (the doctors) timely updates and support.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist doctors.
- Engage with doctors regularly, fostering close rapport and addressing any feedback related to hospital services.
- Support doctors by providing timely updates and promoting the hospital’s services and capabilities.
- Address doctor-related concerns and provide regular updates during Doctor Relations meetings.
- Facilitate orientation and onboarding for newly accredited specialists.
- Plan and execute doctor engagement activities such as networking events, appreciation programs, and festive gift distributions.
- Implement initiatives to improve doctor satisfaction and loyalty.
- Track and analyze doctor engagement levels, referrals, and contributions to hospital revenue. Prepare reports on doctors' interactions, feedback, and improvement areas.
- Collaborate as a team to achieve targets for deliveries and admissions by implementing proactive initiatives to encourage doctors to choose TMC as their preferred hospital.
SECONDARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in recruiting new doctors and specialists for the hospital.
- Work closely with the other commercial teams to promote hospital services to the doctors.
- Provide support in the areas of hospital activities, i.e., corporate events, public talks, medical events (CME talks).
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Reporting Officer and company from time to time based on the Company’s needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/ Business Management/ Marketing with at least 5 to 8 years of experience in Sales/ Customer Service.
- Prior experiences from Healthcare or Pharmaceutical are an advantage. Experiences from other industries are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
